Fun-loving, camera naturals and super sweet are just a few words that come to mind when highlighting this amazing couple and their engagement session. Had a blast with them at the Arch Grounds and City Hall. Can’t wait to photograph their wedding July 2012!

About Patty Long Catering
Patty Long Catering has become a household name when it comes to upscale catering and events planning in the St. Louis area. We are a catering company that owns the 9th Street Abbey, River Bottom Saloon, and the Point of View.
Patty and Long are Deborah Patty and Joan Long. They met and became friends while working as international flight attendants for TWA. When TWA went on strike, in the spring of 1986, Deborah and Joan found themselves with no
job, and decided to put their love of culinary arts to work and start a small catering business and bistro on Lafayette Square. A few years later, Deborah sold her interest in the business to Joan and relocated to sunny California.
In the summer of 1992, Joan and her husband, Wayne, acquired a historic church building that’s come to be known as 9th Street Abbey. Now, the Abbey serves as Patty Long Catering’s elegant headquarters. Over time, the patty
Long name has become synonymous with eclectic dining and special events.

Artistic Soup Photography had a fun time Sunday, July 11, 2010 with Andrea and Sam at the City Garden in downtown St. Louis. Besides the fact that this couple looks like they both could be models in magazines, they were cute, playful and super sweet! Can’t wait to photograph their wedding on October 9, 2010.

Kate Starling and Kurt Bowers united their lives at the Lemp Mansion of St. Louis, Missouri. Artistic Soup Wedding Photography had the honor of photographing such a cherished day.
An organic approach of plants as centerpieces set Kate and Kurt’s wedding apart.
In preparation Kate showed off her teal soled shoes that announced her final vows of, “I do.”
For their ceremony, Kate was escorted down the aisle and in front of all family and friends Kate and Kurt committed themselves to each other.
Artistic Soup Wedding Photography of St. Louis took fun photographs around Lemp’s Grand Hall Grounds. Creative photographs using a cell phone, a photograph within a photo made for an interesting picture.
After toasts and cake cutting the happy couple settled into the night with dancing in each others arms.
Thank you to Kate and Kurt for inviting us to be apart of such an intimate affair!
