The locations….Omni Majestic and City Museum…Perfect!
The couple… super kind, fun and beautiful and just in a nutshell overall amazing…Kellan (a.k.a. Kelly) Pipkin and Lars Johansen.
We simply loved everything about this day. And you can see their guests did too…family and friends laughed, joked, hugged and danced, danced and Danced!
Sabrina from Proposing Dreams ran the event with ease. And we have to smile when we say her boutonnierre pinning was the fastest we have ever seen…total quick draw!
Rosewood Ensemble offered the beautiful ceremony and cocktail hour music.
And Patty Long Catering presented the ohhh so yummy meal.
This wedding was an incredible hit across the board.
Did we share we loved it….to be clear WE LOVED IT!
THANK YOU!… Kelly & Lars for allowing us to be your wedding photographers of choice! It was a true joy!

Lauren Rawdon and Daniel Griffin had an elegant wedding at the St. Louis renowned venue, the Forest Park Jewel Box on May 30, 2010.
The day was seamless thanks to Carolyn Burke of Wedding Liaison. The setting was picturesque and the couple was beautiful…modern sophistication emanated throughout the day.
The reception was held at the Rose of the Hill. Brian of Millenium Music played great tunes and kept the guests dancing throughout the evening. We even had a surprise visit at the end of the night from the groom’s alter-ego, Daryl, which from the reception slide show he has been surprising people with for decades. A fun signature end to a special day.
Thank you Lauren and Dan for the gift of allowing us to capture these memories. Great times then and wishing you great times ahead!

“Our photographers were professional, helpful, and efficient. We had
several people tell us at our wedding how kind and professional they
were. Customer service was amazing. Our pictures turned out fabulous…and we couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend Artistic Soup LLC to ANYONE.”
Allie Deckrosh & John Wilson are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet. They are so loving and gentle to each other and their friends and family are also so a wonderfully kind and fun group. Artistic Soup Photography had the good fortune to photograph their big day on May 29, 2010.
The Ceremony was held at the spacious Chesterfield Presbyterian Church and the reception was held at the wonderfully unique Kemp Auto Museum. Everything was absolutely beautiful! Lucy from the Kemp ran a seamless event. Mary Tuttle’s Flowers in Chesterfield created beautiful flowers for the day and Quain from Rock Star DJs rocked the house at the Kemp.
Allie & John….Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to be a part of it. It was a true joy!

Katie Ronk and Greg Meyer chose to celebrate their wedding day on the Meyer family Farm which is a special place that spans several generations. It offered the perfect backdrop for their special day.
Katie loves glitter, whimsical elements and fantasy accents which were displayed throughout in color, windmills, butterflies and all that sparkles.
Katie was a beautiful Greek goddess and Greg was her handsome mate. A fantastic match in fantasy and reality.
Thank you for allowing Artistic Soup Photography to capture your beautiful fairytale wedding!

Thank you so much Katie & Greg!
Angela was fantastic! She arrived early and was extremely easy to work with. Her pictures captured everything we wanted and more. She is very creative, fun and professional. Looking forward to seeing our album.
We love big cities, we love small country towns and everything in between but what we love most is individual style in these places and a well executed theme throughout. From the beginning to the end the wedding of Leslie Shaffar and Evan LaBoube on May 15, 2010 emanated individual style and we loved every moment of it!
The day began at Evan’s father’s home which was a peaceful countryside oasis that included a pond, walkway and red stadium seating for two which was an adorable accent. This is where the couple choose to see each other in wedding attire for the first time…what a romantic setting.
The Ceremony and reception festivities were held at the Washington Missouri’s Farmer’s Market. The setting was reminiscient of what I would have imagined a Mark Twain river town wedding would have been encompassing mason jar candle holders, a wide assortment of baked goods displayed on tables, a game board trunk and potted plants for all their guests. All the details were beautifully executed by Katie of Engaging Events.
Leslie and Evan thank you for allowing us to capture your unique vision. We loved it and so happy you loved your photos!

Thank you Leslie !
Angela was our photographer for our May 15, 2010 wedding. We could not be any happier with our photos. She is a true professional and has a very warm personality that makes it easy to forget she’s holding a camera. 🙂
We loved her, our families loved her, and I will recommend Artistic Soup to every bride-to-be I come in contact with.
