Laura Brooke Boente and Ryan Adam Rosentreter became Mr. & Mrs. Rosentreter on July 25th, 2009. Their ceremony took place in the sweet little village town of Carlinville, Illinois. Laura and Ryan chose a soft and hot pink as their wedding colors which suited their bridesmaids well. Laura wore a strapless gown with a modest train with soft curls in her hair to capture the romantic feel of the day. With a full room of guests, Laura and Ryan took their vows and became husband and wife. Artistic Soup Wedding Photography of St. Louis, Missouri had the pleasure of documenting their unforgettable day.
On the way to the reception, the European architecture of the Carlinville Courthouse and a family members home were the locations for photographs. At the family home, the bride and groom did not hesitate to swing on the tire swing available in the front yard. The photograph of the bride swinging and the groom in the background was taken using a photo technique called panning. To achieve, you pan your camera along in time with the moving subject which results in a relatively sharp subject but blurred background. To accomplish this, you slow your shutter speed starting with 1/30 second and slower. Depending upon your light and the speed of your subject, results will vary.
At the reception, Laura and Ryan enjoyed a night of memories, dancing and fun with over 600 family members and friends.
