Both Whitney and David love all that is country and they made certain the Country Western Theme was displayed throughout their big day!
In addition to the quintessential country church, Immanuel Lutheran, in their hometown of New Douglas, IL the couple made a point to stop by the family farm on their way to the reception for some fun photos. The couple also visited the local graffiti wall where the night before they gave a fresh coat of paint to their already displayed names.
Under Whitney’s dress she wore her favorite cowboy boots. Candles at the reception were placed in Mason jars and the wedding cake and desserts even had a country western theme. There was not a western detail missed and Artistic Soup Photography had the honor of capturing it creatively.

Janet (a.k.a. Jess Blandford) and Graham Lukens united on a beautiful summer day in June at the picturesque Eliot Chapel http://www.eliotchapel.org/ in Kirkwood, MO.
Artistic Soup Photography http://www.artisticsoup.com/ was there to capture the day and Sarah Grus http://www.sarahgrusweddings.com/ was the day of ceremony wedding coordinator.
With a large group of close friends in the wedding party and adventurous spirits after the wedding Jess and Graham took advantage of the nearby Kirkwood landmarks for pictures. The Kirkwood Train Station and the Kirkwood Farmer’s Market both made for wonderful backdrops for the fun pictures after the ceremony.
The reception was held at the exquisite Anheuser-Busch Center http://www.abconference.com/docs/ where Graham’s grandfather with fellow band members of the Indiana group “Men of Note” entertained the guests well into the evening.

Linda & John Morris were married on July 5, 2008 and had a very busy year that involved many house renovations for them so Artistic Soup just received their images selection and were able to create their album this week. With a fun group of people and beautiful locations on their wedding day, we were able to get a large collection of diverse and beautifully creative imagery.
John Morris, the groom, shared with us some fortune cookie imagery he photographed himself to represent his proposal in a fortune cookie to Linda, the bride, and we happily incorporated those into the modern design they desired.

A wonderful couple on a beautiful day with unique locations and fun props which make for great imagery.
